- Fish as you like;
- Grated bread;
- Salt; Pepper;
How to prepare:
clean the fish, remove offal, and wash in salted water. Dry with kitchen fabric. prepare a saucepan with grated bread, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic (the last two must be thinly minced). Unite fish and dressing making them pan-fry without fire.
When half of the dressing is added, start adding the oil and keep adding the rest of the dressing. When the fish is well dressed it is ready to be enclosed in grills. Frequently turn and serve with lemon.
