Fanese “Brodetto”

Fish (1 mazzola, 1 prawn, 1 shrimp, 2 soles, 1 baraccola, 1 monkfish, 1 suasa, 1 boccaincava) must be cleaned and beheaded, in order to result about 1 kg and 800 gr. Fry chopped onion in olive oil and add to a few tomato sauce, salt, pepper, 3 glass of water and half glass of winegar.

Let it boil until water and vinegar dry off, then add fish starting from the harder, and keep boiling until it is ready.
