Truffle omelette

  • 70 grams sweet black truffle
  • 4 eggs
  • olive oi

How to prepare:
Cut the black truffle in thin slices. Boil the oil in a low iron pan. Pour the truffle in and make it fry for a few seconds. Add the pre-whipped eggs and mix them accurately. We advise not to cook them for long.
